Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems

4+ Years of software engineering, including at least 2+ years of hands-on Appian development.

Appian Associate certification and Comp Tia Security+

Experience with interfaces, process models, records, rules, integrations, data objects, reusable components, Agile stories, unit testing, peer review, releases, defect resolution, production troubleshooting, and requirements translation.

Active Secret clearance
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Army or DoD enterprise systems, Appian-first design approaches, data architecture, and long-range modernization planning
- Experience modernizing legacy capabilities in Appian, supporting federal acquisition or contract writing workflows, and using an Appian-first approach across shared IL5/IL6 codebases is highly desired
Responsibilities:

Develop and sustain LC/NC workflows, interfaces, records, rules, integrations, and reusable components

Implement stories, resolve defects, test, and support sprints

Follow design, security, naming, and performance standards

Support peer reviews, releases, documentation, and production operations.
