Job Responsibilities

• Develop IC layout designs based on schematics and guidance from analog designer.
• Perform physical verification, including DRC and LVS checking and debugging.
• Participate in the tape-out process and support layout-related activities throughout the design cycle.
• Collaborate with application, design, assembly and process engineers to ensure high-quality layout implementation.
• Continuously develop layout design skills and gain experience in BCD and mixed-signal technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Device Physics, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of semiconductor devices and IC fabrication processes.
• Understanding of basic IC layout concepts(matching, shielding, guard rings, and reliability-aware practices) is preferred.
• Knowledge of Cadence EDA tools and analog/mixed-signal circuits is a plus.
• Experience using AI tools or developing AI-assisted workflows to improve layout design, verification, automation, or engineering productivity is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Skill, TCL, or Perl is preferred.
