The Position

Your opportunity

• Provide IT sales proposal and follow up on the deal with sales force
• Provide on-site technical assistance to troubleshot and rectify the IT related problem
• Configure Lab IT products to improve medical lab workflow and meet the needs of the customer
• Document all changes, modifications, scripts/program created on Lab IT software
• Conduct operator, applications, service training for customers and staff
• Promote and demonstrate Lab IT software to customers
• Provide progress report on project assigned
• Deliver service, preventive maintenance, software upgrade commitments according to the planned schedule
• Source, develop, prepare and maintain training and literature materials
• Liaises with Regional or Global IT support to manage technical issues

Who you are

• have bachelor or master Degree in Health/Science/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering and Information Technology disciplines
• Have hands-on knowledge on computer hardware/ networking /Operating Systems / databases and programming languages
• Have nulti-national companies experience in the similar capacity level

Nice to have

• Preferable with medical laboratory experience
• Marketing and business development experience will be a plus
