Sobre este puesto de KYC COE TM & CDD Specialist - 6 Month Contract en ING
At ING, we're committed to helping our customers stay a step ahead while protecting them from financial crime risks. We're looking for a KYC COE TM & CDD Specialist to join our KYC & Financial Crime Prevention Centre of Excellence, where you'll play a key role in enhancing customer due diligence frameworks, controls, processes and financial crime risk management capabilities across the organisation.
This role sits at the centre of how we identify, assess and manage financial crime risk throughout the customer lifecycle. A key focus of this role will be strengthening Customer Due Diligence (CDD) requirements, frameworks, controls and risk management practices, ensuring they remain effective, scalable and aligned to regulatory obligations. The role will also provide specialist Transaction Monitoring (TM) capability, supporting the effectiveness of monitoring frameworks, controls and risk-based outcomes.
Working closely with stakeholders across Operations, Risk, Compliance, Product, Delivery and Technology, you'll support the design and implementation of financial crime controls, drive regulatory change outcomes, and help translate evolving requirements into practical business processes that improve risk management and customer outcomes.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong operational CDD experience who is looking to broaden their exposure to financial crime risk, regulatory change, remediation activities and continuous improvement initiatives. You'll join a team that values collaboration, accountability and learning, with the opportunity to work alongside experienced subject matter experts and contribute to meaningful risk and control outcomes across the organisation.
This is a 6 month contract role based in Sydney.

- Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders on financial crime risk management and control effectiveness. Provide specialist input into TM risk assessments, control design, change initiatives and issue or remediation activity, including emerging typologies and monitoring coverage.
What we’re looking for
- Strong operational experience in Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and KYC, including the ability to interpret and apply CDD requirements and provide specialist guidance to stakeholders.
