Das sollten Sie mitbringen:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnologen

• Verantwortungsbewusste, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke

• Analytisches Vorgehen, insbesondere bei der Fehlersuche

• Prozessorientierte und wirtschaftlichkeitsorientierte Denkweise

• Kenntnisse in den gängigen EDV-Anwendungen (MS Office)

• Deutsch in Wort und Schrift

• Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit im 3 Schichtbetrieb

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Überwachung der Arbeitsabläufe und Produktionsprozesse

• Umrüsten und Einstellen der Spritzgussmaschinen anhand des Betriebsauftrages

• Überwachung des Produktionsprozesses durch ein Kontrollsystem sowie Beseitigung von Produktionsstörungen

• Herstellung bzw. Umrüstung von verschiedenen Werkzeugen auf den Spritzgussmaschinen

• Koordination, Schulung und Einweisung der Mitarbeitenden

• Verantwortung für allgemeine Ordnung und Sauberkeit in der Produktionshalle und Überwachung der Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften
