We are looking for an experienced Senior D&T Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in Workbrain, Kronos/UKG, and Workforce Management systems to support production operations, system enhancements, testing, and transformation initiatives.
The role will focus on ensuring the stability and continuous improvement of workforce management solutions supporting Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Timekeeping, and Payroll integration processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities, along with experience working across business, HR, Payroll, technical, and vendor teams in a global environment.
Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide production support for Workbrain, Kronos/UKG, and Workforce Management applications.
- Troubleshoot system issues, incidents, defects, configuration problems, and integration failures.
- Perform detailed root-cause analysis and coordinate timely resolution of production issues.
- Support system enhancements, configuration changes, workflows, and process improvements.
- Support Time & Attendance, Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Payroll processes and integrations.
- Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional solutions and system changes.
- Coordinate functional and integration testing for application enhancements and fixes.
- Support UAT, defect tracking, validation, and business sign-off activities.
- Manage release and deployment activities across development, testing, and production environments.
- Support application upgrades, patches, enhancements, and transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate with HR, Payroll, business users, technical teams, vendors, and global stakeholders.
- Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for system and process improvements.
- Maintain functional documentation, process documentation, configuration details, and support records.
- Ensure appropriate change-management and release processes are followed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across Workforce Management operations.
- Provide functional guidance and support to business users and other application support teams.
WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT
- 5+ years of experience in IT applications, Workforce Management, HR technology, or a related domain.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workbrain and/or Kronos/UKG is required.
- Strong understanding of Workforce Management, Time & Attendance, Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Payroll processes.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications in a production environment.
- Strong experience in incident management, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and defect resolution.
- Hands-on experience with system configuration, enhancements, testing, and application upgrades.
- Strong understanding of requirements gathering, functional analysis, UAT, release management, and deployment processes.
- Experience working with Payroll and other enterprise system integrations.
- Strong stakeholder-management experience across HR, Payroll, Business, IT, vendors, and global teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical and functional issues clearly to business stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple incidents, enhancements, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
- Experience working in structured IT service-management and change-management environments.
- Strong documentation and process-management skills.
- Proactive approach to identifying recurring issues and opportunities for automation, optimisation, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed and cross-functional teams.
