- Source, recruit, negotiate, and manage KOLs, KOCs, Influencers, Parent Creators, and Content Creators.
- Build and manage an Organic KOC Program to generate authentic UGC, testimonials, and social content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Lemon8, and LINE OA.
- Plan and execute monthly marketing campaigns in collaboration with the MarCom team to achieve branding and business objectives.
- Coordinate campaign briefs, content production, approvals, publishing schedules, and creator communications.
- Review and ensure all creator and influencer content complies with brand guidelines before publication.
- Monitor campaign performance (Reach, Engagement, Leads, Trial, Close Won, CPL, and ROI) and provide optimization recommendations.
- Coordinate with Design, Content, Digital Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, HQ, agencies, and creators to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Manage campaign budgets, influencer contracts, creator payments, and related documentation.
- Monitor influencer marketing trends, competitor activities, and identify new partnership opportunities.
- Develop and maintain creator databases, campaign trackers, and SOPs to improve operational efficiency.
- Support other Marketing Communication campaigns, events, and special projects as assigned.
