What will be your role?

As a Process Associate, you will help ensure seamless execution of administrative and operational support for our Front-Line colleagues across the Nordic countries. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Creating customer accounts and responding to internal requests
• Administering and modifying contracts in SAP
• Managing master data and analysing potential data issues using Microsoft Excel
• Supporting the billing and invoicing process to ensure smooth end-to-end execution
• Communicating effectively with team members and colleagues across different Nordic countries
• Embracing Lean principles and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement

Your skills and qualifications:

• Enthusiasm for continuous improvement and sharing ideas
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and an affinity for working with data
• Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced international environment
• Interest in learning, professional development, automation, and AI utilization
• Team player with the ability to work autonomously
• English proficiency at B2 level
• Knowledge of Swedish, Finnish, Danish, or Norwegian is welcomed but not mandatory
• Proficiency in using various software and data entry systems is an advantage (e.g., Microsoft 365, Salesforce, SAP)

Salary
From 1.450 EUR/month; Our final offer will be based on your experience and qualifications
