As a Junior Quality Manager (gn) – More Nutrition, you dive deep into our processes, analyze data, and identify opportunities for optimization. You enjoy working independently, think proactively, and create clear structure and real transparency. You're excited to take ownership of product quality across the entire product lifecycle and drive the continuous development of our standards. Your mission

• You process and analyze complaints and quality deviations, and derive structured measures to ensure product quality
• You optimize macros from a quality perspective for customer communication in complaint handling, ensuring linguistic, factual and qualitative consistency
• You steer and monitor quality KPIs and create structured reporting based on Excel analyses and our lab management system
• You take diligent care of master data maintenance and support certifications as well as quality-related projects in a national and international environment
• You act as a communicative interface between headquarters, production, lab, suppliers and other departments

Your experience & skills

• You hold a degree in food technology, nutritional science or a comparable scientific field
• You bring initial knowledge of and passion for food safety and quality management topics
• You ideally have initial knowledge of common quality standards (e.g. in the GFSI environment) and regulatory requirements
• You work analytically, in a structured way, and confidently with numbers, data and extensive Excel spreadsheets; you can interpret findings, present them visually and communicate them clearly
• You are a strong communicator and enjoy engaging in technical exchange with a wide range of stakeholders
• You are willing to travel occasionally for on-site audits
• You have very good German and English skills, written and spoken
