In this role, you will work closely with experienced colleagues and gain hands-on experience in ERP implementation, business process analysis, and end-user support. As your experience grows, you will have opportunities to take on broader responsibilities and continue developing your technical, consulting and leadership capabilities.
Your Mission
At PwC, you will be supported to shape a career that reflects your strengths and aspirations. Working under the guidance of experienced colleagues, your responsibilities will include:

Take part in requirements-gathering sessions, engaging directly with clients and senior colleagues to understand how business needs are captured and translated into solutions.
Partner with client teams on knowledge checks and follow-up guidance, helping them adopt the new system while sharpening your own advisory skills.
Solution delivery activities
Take a hands-on role in preparing and maintaining project documentation, including fit-gap analyses, training schedules, and technical and functional documentation.
Carry out system configuration and implementation tasks with the guidance of senior consultants.
Prepare, validate and upload data as part of data migration activities, and build reports to support client requirements.
Provide day-to-day support services, troubleshoot issues and respond to client questions for live projects.
Contribute to task prioritisation with the project team, learning how client needs, dependencies and delivery timelines shape the work.
