A Dow tem uma excelente oportunidade para você atuar como Técnico(a) de Operações I em nossa planta de Cloro-Soda localizada em Aratu (Candeias - BRA).

Sobre você e esta função

Você será responsável por executar atividades operacionais de campo e sala de controle, sob orientação e de acordo com os procedimentos e padrões estabelecidos, contribuindo para uma operação segura, confiável e eficiente da planta de Cloro-Soda.

Responsabilidades:

• Operar e realizar inspeções de campo em equipamentos e sistemas de processo, seguindo os procedimentos e princípios de Disciplina Operacional.
• Monitorar condições de processo, equipamentos, instrumentos, alarmes e principais indicadores operacionais.
• Executar rotinas operacionais, checklists, coletas de amostras, análises de laboratório, manobras de campo e demais atividades previstas para a área.
• Realizar liberações de equipamentos industriais para intervenções do time de operação e/ou manutenção.
• Avaliar Riscos e emitir Permissões de Trabalho Seguro para atividades de manutenção e projetos que possam vir a ocorrer na área operacional.
• Identificar e comunicar desvios ou condições anormais, apoiando a equipe na análise e resolução de problemas operacionais.
• Realizar passagem de turno de forma clara e completa, garantindo a continuidade segura das operações.
• Participar de treinamentos e manter as qualificações requeridas para as áreas de atuação.
• Atuar como brigadista, apoiando atividades de resposta a emergências, segurança de processo e investigações operacionais, quando requerido.
• Executar atividades básicas de Manutenção Autônoma, conforme procedimentos e limites estabelecidos.
• Trabalhar de forma integrada com Operações, Manutenção e demais funções de suporte, contribuindo para segurança, confiabilidade e melhoria contínua.

Requisitos:

• Formação técnica em Química, Petroquímica, Processos Industriais, Mecânica, Eletromecânica, Automação ou áreas correlatas.
• Disponibilidade para trabalhar em regime de turno.
• Experiência prévia em ambiente industrial será considerada um diferencial.
