💶 Yearly gross starting salary: 40.040 EUR - this represents the starting salary for the role. We consistently benchmark our salaries against top competitors and every P&G employee’s salary is reviewed at least annually so there is ample room for growth.

🔥 What You’ll Do

As a Junior Key Account Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our commercial team, working with supermarkets, wholesalers and key retail partners. Your role will include:

• ✅ Growing business relationships with buyers, regional and store managers of retailers.
• ✅ Ensuring company brand strategies are executed with excellence, orchestrating a team of field sales agents.
• ✅ Monitoring sales performance & running business analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
• ✅ Owning the negotiation and collaboration, staying in touch with the customers to enable business growth.
• ✅ Take on impactful managerial responsibility from Day 1!

Job Qualifications

Who We’re Looking For? You don’t need years of experience—just the right mindset!

• English and Greek languages knowledge – both in speaking and writing.
• Minimum Bachelors’ graduate.
• Completed/Exempt from Military Service Requirements (if applicable).
• Valid Driver’s License – B category.
• Open to traveling: 4-5 days per month.
• Analytical & proactive: You spot opportunities and act fast to leverage them using tools, e.g. PowerBI.
• Self-motivated: You take initiative and thrive in a dynamic environment.
