Junior Creative Animator
Perion's Creative Services team builds the ads that people actually notice. We produce high-impact motion content across social, CTV, DOOH, and display, and the work is visible, measurable, and varied. This role is an entry point into that world. We're not looking for someone who has done it all, we're looking for someone with a strong foundation in motion design and a real drive to grow. You'll be based in Ukraine, working remotely alongside a close-knit creative team that takes the craft seriously.
What you'll be doing
Perion's Creative Services team builds the ads that people actually notice. We produce high-impact motion content across social, CTV, DOOH, and display, and the work is visible, measurable, and varied. This role is an entry point into that world. You'll be based in Ukraine, working remotely alongside a close-knit creative team that takes the craft seriously.
What you'll be doing
- Build 2D animations for digital ad formats across social, CTV, DOOH, and display, from initial asset prep through to final export
- Apply core motion design principles, including timing, easing, rhythm, and weight, to make every frame work harder
- Animate typography that communicates clearly and holds attention across different screen environments
- Translate creative briefs into visual stories, working from concept through to polished motion deliverable
- Partner with designers and project managers throughout the production cycle, incorporating feedback quickly and iterating with purpose
- Keep a close eye on motion design and digital advertising trends to bring fresh thinking into your work
What we're looking for
- A portfolio that demonstrates solid 2D animation and motion design work, even if your professional experience is limited
- Basic to intermediate experience with Adobe After Effects
- Basic experience with Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator for asset preparation
- A good eye for composition, layout, and visual storytelling
- Ability to simplify complex messages into clear, engaging visual content
- Openness to feedback and a genuine drive to improve and grow
- Fluent English, written and spoken
Nice to have
- Familiarity with After Effects 3D or Blender
- Exposure to AI-assisted design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Claude, or Gemini
- Any experience or interest in AdTech, programmatic advertising, or dynamic creative optimization (DCO)
