Suporte à equipe de Produção da área de Creative Planning & Account com pagamentos e contratos, e eventuais produções.

 
Principais responsabilidades:

• Organizar e executar os contratos da área com a equipe Jurídica, conforme necessidade da área;
• Suporte à equipe Financeira na criação de pedidos de pagamento, acompanhamento de solicitações e organização de documentações financeiras;
• Apoio ao cadastro, atualização e controle de informações de fornecedores nos sistemas internos;
• Execução de tarefas administrativas e operacionais, oferecendo suporte às rotinas diárias do setor, incluindo criação e atualização de planilhas de controle e relatórios, organização e controle de documentos, manutenção das demandas organizadas e atualizadas no Monday, conforme as necessidades da área

Qualificações e experiências:

• Ter concluído o Ensino Médio ou estar cursando no período noturno;
• Conhecimento básico do Pacote Office (Word, Excel e PowerPoint);
• Ter interesse e indentificação por atividades administrativas e
• burocráticas;

Desejável:

• Conhecimento em Inglês ou espanhol
