We are looking for an experienced Joiner to join our busy repairs and voids team. You will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive high levels of service and satisfaction, carrying out a range of joinery, maintenance and refurbishment works across residential properties.

We provide tailored rapid-response and planned maintenance services through partnering arrangements with more than 70 local authorities, Arm’s Length Management Organisations and Housing Associations.

About the Role:

As a Joiner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs, maintenance and refurbishment work within occupied and void properties. You will ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard while providing excellent customer service.

·       Carpentry and joinery works

·       General maintenance activities

·       Replacement and refurbishment works

·       Carrying out repairs within residential properties

·       Delivering excellent customer service at all times

·       Ensuring all work is completed to agreed quality standards

Key Criteria:

·       Previous experience working as a Joiner

·       City and Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification

·       Ideally experienced within domestic or social housing environments

·       Extensive practical on-the-job experience

·       Full UK driving licence

·       Strong customer service skills

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team
