区域管理和发展

• 根据所管辖区域的销售目标，制订并执行适合该区域的销售计划
• 指导和监督区域内产品专员建立销售计划和达成销售指标
• 发展和维持与重点客户的良好合作关系，以促进业务的持续增长
• 安排和协调适合区域业务发展的各项市场及学术活动
• 负责区域内招投标工作的完成

区域销售渠道的建立和管理

• 在所管辖区域内，建立合理有效的代理商网络，确保目标医院的全面覆盖
• 发展新的代理商，不断优化代理商网络的结构，督促代理商完成销售目标
• 协助产品专员对代理商及其销售人员的培训和管理

团队管理和发展

• 积极发展和培养人才，建立一支高凝聚力的队伍
• 定期指导和提供反馈给下属，提升下属的工作绩效和能力
• 在区域内树立积极正面的形象并定期跟踪下属的工作情况以确保下属的工作规范符合公司要求

任职要求：

• 学历要求：学士学位。
• 经验要求：6-8 年销售经验。2-3 年销售管理经验
• 出色的人际交往能力
• 具备书面和口头沟通能力
• 具备战略思维和出色的执行力
• 在项目管理、创造力和强生领导力标准方面具有强大的领导力
