当社が業務を受託するオフィスビルについて、オーナーレップとしてテナントリーシングや契約更新補助業務を推進できる人材を募集しています。

主にファンドやREIT、賃貸オフィスオーナーがクライアントとなります。

＜ミッション＞

リーシングの観点から、受託物件に関する各種提案やマーケット分析を行い、リーシングマネージャーとしてテナント誘致や既存テナントの賃料改定補助を実行し、クライアントの資産価値最大化を実現すること。

＜仕事内容＞

・当社が受託するオフィスビルを中心とした事業用不動産のテナントリーシング業務

・クライアント（ビルオーナー）との関係構築、不動産仲介会社への情報展開

・マーケットを調査し、適正な募集条件の策定、早期成約に向けたクライアントへのリーシング提案

・リーシング関連のレポート作成、マーケット資料作成、賃貸借契約クロージング業務等

・既存テナントに関する契約更新補助、再契約交渉補助業務

＜求められる経験、知識、スキル（Related experience, knowledge＆skill）＞

・オフィスビルのプロパティマネジメント経験、リーシング/仲介業務経験、不動産業界出身者歓迎

・クライアント（ビルオーナー）、不動産仲介会社との関係性を構築できるコミュニケーション能力

・オフィスマーケット分析、交渉戦略立案スキル

・PCスキル（MS Office全般）

• 最寄り駅： 地下鉄赤坂見附駅・永田町駅

• 就業時間： 9:00～17:10（休憩60分）

• フレックス勤務制： コアタイム有

• リモートワーク： リモート可（基本出社ベース）

• 休日： 週休2日制（土・日）、祝日、年末年始

残業代： 有り　固定残業代を基本年収に含む（月30時間相当額）＊非管理職の場合
