PTC Inc. is seeking a skilled IT Systems Analyst to join our team. This role involves analyzing, designing, and implementing information systems to optimize business processes and support strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions, ensuring efficient and effective system operations.

By joining our IT department, you will play a key role in PTC’s transformation to a world class provider of industrial IOT and AR technology solutions. Your Team:

The Business Operations team, within the IT Organization, is responsible for providing expertise and advice on enterprise business systems. We participate in the release and functional testing of new application features, deliver support to end users in the business, and assist with monitoring and coordinating critical business system transactions. Specifically, your areas of responsibility will include the Salesforce CRM platform and related applications that rely on the Salesforce.com platform.

Your Day-To-Day:

The day to day responsibilities for an IT systems analyst require an ability to understand business processes and the corresponding business needs that are managed in enterprise applications (such as Salesforce and Oracle). You will help maintain and support the systems used to transact business today by responding to requests for support, as well as assisting with user stories and participating in the QA, UAT and deployment of system releases.

Success in this role is defined by gaining the business’ confidence that you are their trusted advocate; that you thoroughly understand their business needs and how they use the system in order to support them effectively.

Skills and knowledge:

· Applied knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, with a basic understanding of the various types of system users and how they use the system to perform their jobs to meet high-level business needs

· Understanding and experience with end-to-end system integrations and overall business system landscapes

· Ability to interpret documented business processes into application workflows and features

· Highly skilled communicator within a worldwide team of solution architects, engineers, developers and managers

· Understanding of Agile methodologies and tools

Basic Qualifications:

· 3-5 years of professional experience as a systems business analyst
