Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im IT-Support

Wir suchen für unser deutschlandweites IT-Support-Team ab sofort, unbefristet und in Vollzeit an unserem Standort in Hamburg einen

Das erwartet Dich:

• Betreuung und Beratung der Mitarbeitenden bei technischen Herausforderungen – vor Ort in Hamburg und telefonisch für die anderen deutschen Standorte.
• Installation und Administration unserer Soft- und Hardware an den Arbeitsplätzen.
• Unterstützung unserer globalen IT-Teams bei Projekten.

Das überzeugt uns:

• Die Betreuung von Usern macht Dir Spaß, der Umgang mit Beschwerden und notwendigen Eskalationen ist Dir vertraut.
• Adressatengerechte und empathische Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch fällt Dir leicht.
• Du arbeitest analytisch, strukturiert und gleichzeitig „hands on“ und fühlst Dich in einem dynamischen Umfeld wohl.
• Du passt gut zu uns, wenn Du eine Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich mit Erfahrung im IT-Support und eine ITIL-Zertifizierung hast.
• Du fühlst Dich im Microsoft- und iOS-Umfeld zu Hause und bringst hier fundierte Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit gängigen ITSM-Tools, idealerweise ServiceNow, mit.
• Berufserfahrung in einem internationalen Kanzlei- oder Unternehmensumfeld fänden wir großartig.
