We are on the lookout for an IT Project Manager to join our PMO Department.
Role overview:
As an IT Project Manager, you’ll take projects from initial planning through to delivery, keeping teams aligned and work moving forward. You’ll coordinate developers, designers, QA, and business stakeholders, manage requirements and priorities, and make sure everyone has a clear understanding of what needs to be done.
You’ll track progress, handle risks and blockers, keep stakeholders informed, and help improve project management processes and tools across the PMO.
Responsibilities:
- Project Lifecycle Management: Manage projects from initial planning and kickoff through delivery and final closure, ensuring goals, timelines, and deliverables are met.
- Requirements Management: Gather, analyze, document, and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Keep business and technical teams aligned on project goals, priorities, expectations, and changes.
- Task & Priority Management: Organize the team’s day-to-day work, track tasks, manage priorities, and follow up on progress.
- Project Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including roadmaps, status updates, risk logs, and other relevant materials.
- Team Coordination: Organize regular syncs, planning sessions, and other meetings with developers, designers, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Progress & Risk Management: Track project progress, identify blockers and risks early, and adjust plans to keep projects on track.
- Stakeholder Communication: Keep stakeholders informed about project status, risks, changes, and key decisions.
- PMO Improvement: Contribute to improving project management processes, practices, and tools across the PMO.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of experience managing IT or software development projects.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with distributed teams.
- SDLC & Agile: Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Project Management Tools: Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Russian, both written and spoken, with English at B2+ level or higher.
- Organization: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a detail-oriented approach and the ability to keep projects on track.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to manage deadlines, resolve conflicts, address project challenges, and keep teams aligned.

- Project management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, etc.)
