As an IT Project Management Manager you will oversee and coordinate multiple projects within our project portfolio management and project management work, guiding selection, prioritization, resource use, and delivery across timelines and budgets. As a Manager you will lead teams, coach junior professionals, manage client accounts, and make autonomous decisions while navigating complex workstreams and maintaining quality, integrity, and clear communication. In this role at PwC, you will support strategic PMO managed services work within our Strategy practice, bringing together project planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination to help deliver outcomes that align with client needs and broader business goals.
Responsibilities
- Leading IT project management workstreams across multiple client engagements and aligning deliverables to project scope, budget, and timeline
- Directing project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation across the project lifecycle
- Coordinating project governance activities, status reporting, risk identification, issue tracking, and change control processes
- Guiding teams through agile delivery practices, project management tools, and PMO operating routines
- Developing project documentation, milestone trackers, action logs, and decision records to support delivery oversight
- Managing stakeholder expectations by translating project needs into clear priorities, timelines, and dependencies
- Coaching team members, reviewing work products, and supporting performance development across assigned workstreams
- Identifying process improvements, service delivery model enhancements, and opportunities to streamline project execution
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science/Information Systems or similar
- Demonstrating IT project management within client support environments
- Leading project planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery cycles
- Applying Agile methods, Scrum practices, or PMO governance
