Overview of the role:
Saputo is seeking an IT Manager, Workplace Digital Solutions for an existing opportunity within our organization. At Saputo, where innovation meets opportunity, we are committed to delivering a modern, productive digital workplace. We are seeking an experienced IT Manager, Digital Workplace, to lead the day-to-day delivery and operations of our Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot. This role combines hands-on technical leadership to ensure our digital workplace platforms drive productivity, collaboration, and innovation across the enterprise.
This role blends technical expertise, people leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful solutions in a dynamic, global environment.
How you will make contributions that matter:
- Platform Operations & Continuous Improvement: Oversee the performance, reliability, and governance of workplace platforms. Monitor KPIs, service levels, and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and ensure a seamless digital experience
- Microsoft Copilot Adoption: support the enterprise rollout, configuration, and ongoing optimization of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio, while supporting and facilitating the AI Champions program to drive adoption, capability building, and sustained engagement across the organization.
- Power Platform Governance & Enablement: Oversee the delivery, governance, and Center of Excellence for Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages. Enable End-user Self Service model while maintaining enterprise standards for security, application lifecycle management, and licensing.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and develop a team of specialists and analysts across productivity, collaboration, and Power Platform disciplines. Manage workload, prioritization, performance, and career growth.
- Service Operations & Continuous Improvement: Own service levels, incident response, and continuous improvement for digital workplace platforms. Track KPIs around adoption, satisfaction, and platform health to drive measurable business outcomes.
- Governance, Security & Compliance: Partner with IT Security, Data Privacy, and Risk teams to enforce policies for tenant configuration, data loss prevention, conditional access, and information protection across Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
- Financial & Performance Management: Own budgetary inputs and total cost of ownership for workplace technologies. Track spending, adoption, and ROI. Define and monitor KPIs to measure impact and optimize performance.
- Change Management & Adoption: Lead enterprise-wide adoption of workplace technologies through training, communication, and stakeholder engagement. Partner with HR and Communications to promote digital literacy and new ways of working.
You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:
- A university or college diploma in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience managing or delivering digital workplace, productivity, or collaboration technology, including direct hands-on experience with Microsoft 365
- 2+ years of people leadership experience managing technical teams
- Proven experience deploying and operating Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive) in an enterprise environment
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and an understanding of Power Platform Center of Excellence practices
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and the broader Microsoft AI productivity stack
- Strong understanding of identity, security, compliance, and governance within the Microsoft cloud (Entra ID, Purview, Defender)
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities combined with strong business acumen, enabling effective team management and stakeholder engagement
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with business leaders, end users, IT analysts, designers, developers, and trainers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ideally bilingual - English (required) and French

Salary: $92,795 to $121,795
*Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training.
