At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Help Desk Specialist to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Being the contact point for users with IT-related requests or issues
• Identify, diagnose and resolve end user requests and incidents through tickets in Service Desk
• Log tickets for end users where the request is received via e-mail, phone, Teams or in person
• Work with third-party vendors to resolve incidents
• Manage user accounts, access and group membership over various systems
• Add to the knowledge base
• Document processes
• Manage hardware assets (receiving, handling, labelling, storing, imaging, enrolling, decommissioning) and the asset inventory
• Assist users in setting up meetings and video calls

Requirements

What will you be bringing to the team?

• 4+ years of experience in an IT Service Desk, Help Desk, IT Support, or similar technical support role
• Strong knowledge of IT service management principles andITIL practices; ITIL certification is mandatory requirement
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments
• Practical experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including user account management, access permissions, and group membership
• Experience with Microsoft Intunefor device management, enrollment, configuration, and compliance
• Familiarity with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and troubleshooting virtual desktop environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve end-user hardware and software issues
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation, IT processes, and knowledge base articles
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach to supporting end users
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple requests, and manage incidents according to agreed SLAs
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
