General Summary:

Are you a curious problem solver who enjoys connecting business needs with technology solutions?

We are seeking a Business Analyst II to join our agile IT team and play a key role in translating business requirements into high-quality technical solutions. In this role, you will partner closely with business stakeholders, developers, and offshore team members to analyze complex requests, define requirements, and ensure successful delivery of enhancements across a portfolio of critical legacy and compliance applications.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical thinking, effective communication skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams. You will work in a collaborative Agile environment, participate in requirements gathering and solution design, and help drive business value by turning ideas into actionable solutions. While experience with legacy systems is a plus, we are primarily looking for someone who is eager to learn, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and capable of translating business needs into clear requirements for development teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for a business analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys partnering with geographically diverse teams, and is excited to make an immediate impact through innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
