Main Responsibilities
1. Achieve sales targets by acquiring new customers and developing business opportunities with both individual and corporate clients.
2. Promote and sell restaurant services, including catering, meeting packages, gatherings, birthday parties, and other event services.
3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance client satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
4. Conduct sales calls, prepare proposals, negotiate pricing in accordance with company policies, and follow up until deals are successfully closed.
5. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure customer requirements are delivered effectively.
6. Maintain and update the customer database, prepare regular sales reports, and monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
7. Support company promotions, exhibitions, and other marketing events.

General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK); a Diploma (D3) in Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, Management, or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, hospitality, restaurant, or food & beverage industries is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales administration applications.
• Possession of a valid Class A or C driver's license and a private vehicle is an advantage.
• Willing to travel for customer visits and work in a mobile environment.
