Establish and uphold disaster recovery procedures while ensuring data retention practices are followed. Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Beginner proficiency in Service Desk Management. A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
