Overhead Door Company of Albuquerque™, a DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire an Administrative Invoicing Support Representative in Albuquerque, NM. In this role, you will perform billing functions as well as other administrative and customer service job responsibilities. Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating, verifying, and processing daily invoices
- Provide administrative support for all departments
- Receive daily job tickets, check tickets for description of work completed, extra parts used on the job, and required paperwork
- Audit job costs entered in the billing system and printed on tentative registers to billed amount daily, to assure costing is in line with the billed amount
- Maintain project folders where required, as needed
- Meet production goals and month-end processing requirements
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Detail oriented team player with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
- Computer proficiency is required
