Our clients include large-cap and mid-cap corporates, financial institutions, governments, government agencies and financial sponsors.

Your key responsibilities:   

• Lead the origination and execution of Investment Banking transactions for TMT clients across Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets, and cross-border M&A
• Build a strong understanding of clients’ businesses, industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements to help identify and deliver strategic financing and advisory solutions
• Manage the execution of complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions, working closely with internal teams, clients, external advisors, and other stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
• Drive internal approval processes and coordinate the preparation, review, and completion of transaction documentation in line with regulatory and internal requirements
• Client marketing initiatives, including origination efforts, strategic advisory engagements, client presentations, pitch materials, and transaction proposals
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence on clients, industries, counterparties, and target markets, ensuring adherence to the Bank's risk, compliance, and governance standards.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing timely support and guidance on transaction execution and day-to-day deal-related matters.

Key skills required:

• At least 7 years track record in origination and execution of Investment Banking deals, especially in TMT sector
• Highly motivated and self-driven with ability to multitask across clients, projects, and geographies
• Strong understanding of the regulatory environment
• Strong quantitative skills including extensive experience with financial models and valuation techniques
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage demanding clients
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
