What You’ll Do

You’ll take ownership of day-to-day device management and logistics operations while partnering closely with engineering program teams and internal customers.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Manage inventory of devices, accessories, components, boards, cables, and other engineering materials.

• Receive, reconcile, organize, track, and distribute hardware and materials.

• Prepare and ship devices and equipment, including international shipments.

• Process device returns, refurbishment, testing, deactivation, and secure destruction.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and continuously improve inventory-management practices.

• Monitor inventory levels, identify shortages or excess, and proactively address potential gaps.

• Place and track orders for devices, components, packaging, and other materials through completion.

• Maintain a highly organized Device Room where equipment is clearly labeled, easy to locate, and ready for use.

• Support inventory counts, reconciliation, consolidation, and space planning.

• Work with external vendors and international teams on logistics, device destruction, and inventory-related activities.

• Support internal customers by understanding their requirements and identifying the appropriate devices and materials for their work.

• Participate in peak workload periods and cross-train across the full range of device management and logistics functions.

Many operational workflows are still manual or evolving. We want someone who can help us move toward more scalable, automated, and sustainable operations.

You’ll have opportunities to:

• Identify and implement process improvements.

• Find opportunities for automation.

• Create and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Help transition manual workflows into scalable systems and tools.

• Participate in the implementation and evolution of Hardware Asset Management systems.

• Provide workflow input and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Help redesign processes around new systems and technologies.

• Establish inventory and logistics best practices.

• Partner with stakeholders to turn operational challenges into practical solutions.

What We’re Looking For

You may come from a background in inventory management, warehouse operations, IT logistics, hardware asset management, electronics, supply chain, device repair, or a similar operational environment.

Experience with the following is highly valuable:

• Inventory management and reconciliation.

• Hardware or IT asset management.

• Warehouse and logistics operations.

• Shipping, receiving, returns, and fulfillment.

• Customer-facing or internal support.

• Technology or hardware environments.

• Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas and functions.

• Process improvement and SOP development.

Experience with consumer electronics, electrical or mechanical components, device repair, batteries, displays, PCBs/PCBAs, molded components, die-cast components, or other hardware assemblies is a strong plus.

Salary Range
