Job Description & Summary

At PwC, our people in deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals.

Those in capital projects management at PwC will focus on overseeing and managing large-scale construction and infrastructure projects, enabling them to be completed on time and within budget. Your work will demonstrate and build on strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate various stakeholders and resources.

• Final year students with no classes left/Fresh graduates from Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering (Civil/Environmental) or related field

• GPA above 3.0 out of 4.0 from top public and private universities in Indonesia and overseas. Prior Internship / Project experience in developing business cases would be an advantage.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams at all levels; fluency in both verbal and written Bahasa Indonesia & English

• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing 

• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a proactive approach to staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
