As a support to our Middle Office department we are looking for an:

About the job:

Internship Middle Office (12 months)

Main learning topics:

Knowledge and understanding of:

• End-to-end process from Back office; Middle Office and Front Office perspective
• Learn how to identify measures, and manage various types of risk working with various departments
• Understand the end-to-end process of stock exchange trade, from initiation to settlement and related market events
• Gain practical experience and theoretical knowledge simultaneously

Cover a variety of Middle office tasks such as:

• Contribute to monitor and manage the Securities Master File
• Daily monitor on commercial payment activity, handle exceptions such as return of funds and ensure timely processing
• Help to perform daily reconciliation and controls
• Trailer Fees management
• Credit Cards management: opening, closing and handle exceptions
• Crypto management: perform reconciliation and handle exceptions
• Manage and collaborate with third parties

Your profile:

Economics or Business Administration student or recently graduated

• Initial experience in a similar position would be a great advantage
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Power Point, etc…)
• Attention to details and accuracy in execution and control.
• In addition to English knowledge, Spanish and German are well appreciated.
• Motivated, flexible and team-oriented personality
