Your ability to analyse user needs, solve problems creatively, and communicate insights effectively will help drive meaningful enhancements to our digital investing platforms.

What You Do

Your responsibilities will include:

• Customer Experience Design: analyse customer journeys, identify pain points, and recommend enhancements that make investing simpler, faster, and more intuitive
• Digital Product Development: support the end-to-end product lifecycle, from idea generation and requirements gathering to feature development and implementation
• AI & Innovation: explore and apply AI-powered solutions to improve productivity, automate processes, and enhance customer and business outcomes
• Data Analytics & Insights: analyse customer behaviour, feedback, and operational metrics to uncover insights and recommend improvements
• Business Analysis: gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable product and process enhancements
• Product Delivery Support: participate in product discussions, sprint planning, testing activities, and solution implementation initiatives
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work closely with business users, technology teams, vendors, and operations partners to support project delivery and business objectives
• Vendor & Governance Support: assist in monitoring vendor performance, service levels, and outsourcing governance activities to ensure effective service delivery
• Digital Transformation Projects: support strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and digital capabilities
• Ad-hoc Projects: provide support on innovation, analytics, product management, and other business initiatives as assigned

Who You Work With

The Equities Digital Platforms team sits at the intersection of investing, technology, and customer experience. You'll work alongside product managers, digital specialists, technology teams, designers, operations professionals, and business stakeholders who are focused on creating seamless and innovative digital investing experiences. Through this role, you'll gain valuable exposure to digital product development, customer experience design, fintech innovation, and the application of AI within financial services.
