Internship: Customer Care Support Intern

Support the Customer Care team in its day-to-day operational and administrative activities, contributing to data analysis, reporting, documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your role:

• Support the Customer Care team in daily operational and administrative activities, helping to ensure smooth processes and efficient collaboration with different stakeholders.
• Analyze departmental data, identify relevant trends and support the preparation of accurate reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop valuable professional experience in a dynamic med-tech environment, strengthening your analytical, communication, organizational and stakeholder-management skills while learning about industry trends and best practices.

• Experience: You are motivated to gain practical experience in Customer Care and operational support activities in a professional environment.
• Skills: You have good communication and interpersonal skills, an analytical mindset, attention to detail and the ability to organize information effectively.
• Education: You have a High School Diploma and are currently enrolled as an active student at a University, College or Vocational Education institution.
• Anything else: You are proactive, eager to learn and comfortable working collaboratively in a dynamic and continuous-improvement-oriented environment.
  How we work together
  We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
  Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
  Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
