We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support day-to-day operations within OCBC. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience, professional development, and exposure to real-world business practices. The Intern will assist with administrative tasks, project support, and coordination activities while gaining valuable industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in daily operational and administrative tasks
Support team members on ongoing projects and assignments
Conduct basic research and compile data for reports or presentations
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Participate in meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
Help organize files, schedules, and internal communications
Provide general support to the department as required

Learning & Development Opportunities

Develop professional and communication skills
Exposure to company systems, tools, and processes
Mentorship and feedback from experienced professionals

Currently enrolled in a degree program and able to commit for at least 10 weeks attachment.
Strong willingness to learn and take initiative
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent tools
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
