About the role

As an Internal Salesperson within our team, you will play an important role in supporting customers with their parts and equipment requirements.

 You will build strong customer relationships, provide responsive technical sales support and identify opportunities to grow our customer base.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will work closely with our Account Managers and wider branch team to deliver excellent service every day.

What you’ll be doing

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and over the counter
• Building relationship with customers via phone and email to assist in answering queries regarding products, pricing, orders, stock, delivery, and account queries.
• Managing and servicing key accounts independently
• Sourcing products through our extensive supply chain to meet customer needs
• Providing practical, solutions-focused advice to customers
• Working closely with Account Managers to identify and develop new account opportunities
  

About you

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Previous sales, customer service or warehouse experience.
• A strong interest in technical or mechanical products and applications
• Mechanical aptitude; knowledge of bearings and power transmission products will be highly regarded
• Confident computer skills and the ability to learn internal systems
• A professional phone manner and strong communication skills
• A proactive, team-focused attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves
• A practical, solution-oriented approach to helping customers
