Responsibilities
- Assist with the development, characterization, validation, and deployment of wafer probe equipment, hardware, software, and process improvements.
- Design and execute experiments using statistical methods and Design of Experiments (DOE) techniques to evaluate equipment and process performance.
- Analyze manufacturing and equipment performance data, identify trends, and recommend solutions to improve quality, reliability, and efficiency.
- Create and deliver technical reports, presentations, and documentation that communicate project findings and recommendations.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation solutions to improve engineering productivity, technical problem-solving, data analysis, and workflow efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Demonstrated understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering fundamentals.
- Experience with statistics, data analysis, and Design of Experiments (DOE) through coursework, projects, or research.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics and technical documentation.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project timelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using 3D CAD software through academic, research, or project-based work.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional team environments.
- Strong critical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience applying AI-enabled tools, Artificial Intelligence technologies, or automation solutions to support engineering analysis, process improvement, or productivity enhancement.
