SCOPE OF WORK/RESPONSIBILITIES
Having a balance of both Key Assignment and Administrative work will enable the intern to be productive and gain a well-rounded learning experience
Key Assignment Work
Support Digital Change and Distribution Capabilities
Provide digital enablement support for new initiatives and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute user stories and test scripts.
Conduct testing to verify that developments and enhancements meet the approved scope and requirements.
Work within cross-functional teams to shape and deliver effective solutions.
Provide post-implementation support for escalations and enquiries relating to enhancements and system changes.
Respond to system and application enquiries, manage logged incidents, and follow through to end-to-end resolution within the agreed service-level agreement (SLA).
Identify and resolve user issues, including guiding users through the required corrective actions.
Administrative work
Digital Business Management
Digital Campaign Fulfilment
Coordinate with stakeholders on email and SMS content, approvals, and campaign schedules.
Digital Training Materials
Review and update training guides whenever process or system changes are introduced.
REQUIREMENTS
Basic proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly to stakeholders at different levels and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to apply critical thinking, problem-solving, execution, and change management skills across different business functions.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
Apply practical knowledge of digital enablement and change delivery by translating business requirements into user stories and test scripts, conducting structured testing, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. This will provide a clear understanding of how digital solutions are developed, validated, and implemented to support business growth.
Develop problem-solving and service support capabilities by analysing system and application enquiries, guiding users through corrective actions, tracking incidents, and ensuring end-to-end resolution within agreed service levels. These skills will prepare the intern to manage operational issues professionally and contribute to a positive user experience.
Strengthen business coordination, communication, and documentation skills by supporting digital campaign fulfilment, coordinating email and SMS content and schedules, and maintaining up-to-date training materials. These skills will enable the intern to communicate accurately, organize administrative activities, and maintain clear resources that support effective business operations.
