The Role

As an OEX Intern supporting the Process Variables in Server Project, you will help increase the percentage of process variables that are properly stored and historized in the server. Your work will contribute to improving data availability and reliability, enabling analytics, continuous improvement initiatives, and operational optimization across the plant.

What You'll Do (Impact Areas)

• Collaborate with the Engineering team to identify critical process variables that impact production performance and process outputs.
• Work closely with Engineering and Integration teams to create, configure, and validate process TAGs.
• Manage the registration and maintenance of TAGs within the server environment.
• Organize and standardize SQL database tables related to process variables, ensuring easy access and usability.
• Support data validation activities to guarantee data quality and integrity.
• Assist in documenting process variables and database structures for future improvement projects.
• Contribute to digitalization and data management initiatives within manufacturing operations.

• Increased percentage of process variables successfully historized and stored in the server.
• Well-organized and standardized SQL database structures.

What You Bring (Qualifications)

• Majors: Computer Systems, IT, Data Science, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Skills: Programming fundamentals, SQL, database management, and data analysis.
• Preferred: Interest in manufacturing and digitalization, analytical mindset, teamwork, and intermediate English.
