Catapult is a new Shared Executive Learning Centre at Rochester Commons in Singapore. It is a purpose-built state-of-the-art learning centre that aims to groom the next generation of business leaders by creating the ideal learning environment and facilitating an ecosystem of learning, collaboration, and connection, all delivered through experiential and immersive experiences.

About the Internship

As a Client Experience Intern, you will help create exceptional experiences for Catapult's clients, learners, partners, and visitors. You will play an important role in ensuring the smooth delivery of programmes and events while supporting day-to-day client engagement and operational excellence.

This internship provides hands-on exposure to customer experience, hospitality operations, event coordination, and stakeholder engagement. Through this role, you will develop strong communication, service excellence, stakeholder management, and operational skills in a dynamic learning and innovation environment.

What You Will Get to Do

CLIENT EXPERIENCE & SUCCESS

• Support client onboarding and ensure a seamless experience for programme participants, venue users, and partners
• Serve as a first point of contact for client enquiries and requests
• Gather feedback and support customer satisfaction initiatives
• Support relationship-building efforts with clients and partners

OPERATIONS & EVENT DELIVERY

• Support day-to-day operations of learning and event spaces
• Coordinate logistics for programmes, workshops, meetings, and events
• Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
• Maintain service standards and venue readiness

DATA & INSIGHTS

• Maintain accurate client and programme information
• Track feedback, utilisation, and service metrics
• Support reporting, analysis, and process improvement initiatives

What We Are Looking For

• Students pursuing Business, Hospitality, Communications, Real Estate, Event Management, Marketing, or related disciplines
• Passion for customer experience, hospitality, and stakeholder engagement
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Positive attitude, service-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently and within a team
