Are you ready for your next challenge?

Leidos is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler to support the Indo-Pacific Logistics and Sustainment Services (ILS2) Program Management Office (PMO). In this role, you will develop, maintain, analyze, and communicate integrated schedules that support the successful planning and execution of complex projects across multiple locations, mission partners, and functional areas.

What’s in it for you?

As an Integrated Master Scheduler, you will work closely with program leadership, Project Plan Managers, Resource Managers, Task Leads, Mission Partner Liaisons, and technical and operational teams to translate project requirements into executable schedules. Your work will provide program leadership and Government customers with the schedule visibility and analysis needed to understand priorities, identify dependencies and risks, coordinate resources, and make informed decisions. This is an opportunity for an experienced scheduler or project controls professional to apply their expertise to a dynamic, mission-focused program supporting logistics, facilities, deployment, sustainment, and emerging operational requirements across the Indo-Pacific region.

THE CHALLENGE (primary responsibilities)

  • Develop, maintain, and manage the ILS2 Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and supporting project schedules across multiple concurrent projects, locations, and task areas.

  • Partner with Project Plan Managers, Resource Managers, Task Leads, and technical teams to develop executable schedules incorporating activities, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, resource requirements, and Government decision points.

  • Integrate individual project schedules into the program-level IMS, providing program leadership and Government stakeholders with visibility into execution across the ILS2 enterprise.

  • Perform critical-path, schedule health, variance, trend, and risk analyses to identify emerging constraints and recommend actions to mitigate schedule and execution risk.

  • Monitor performance against approved schedule baselines and develop forecasts, status reports, dashboards, metrics, and executive-level briefings that provide actionable insight into program performance.

  • Identify and manage cross-project dependencies involving logistics, facilities, deployment, training, sustainment, mission support, workforce resources, Government organizations, mission partners, teammates, and vendors.

  • Coordinate with Resource Managers and project leadership to identify staffing and resource requirements, availability, dependencies, and constraints that could affect project execution.

  • Support development of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), project plans, milestones, deliverables, and other program and project management artifacts.

  • Perform what-if and scenario analyses to evaluate the schedule impacts of changing priorities, resource constraints, emerging requirements, contingency operations, and surge requirements.

  • Participate in project reviews, planning sessions, risk reviews, and other program management activities, providing schedule analysis and recommendations to support informed decision-making.

  • Maintain schedule baselines, assumptions, change documentation, and supporting records in Government- and program-approved systems.

  • Identify lessons learned and recommend improvements to scheduling, forecasting, and project controls processes across the ILS2 program.

WHAT SETS YOU APART (basic qualifications)

  • High school diploma and 3+ years of relevant experience in project scheduling, project controls, program management, project planning, or a related discipline. Additional education, training, or relevant professional experience may be considered.

  • Demonstrated experience developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated project schedules for complex programs or projects.

  • Experience using Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or comparable scheduling/project controls software.

  • Experience with schedule development and analysis, including critical path analysis, schedule health assessments, variance analysis, forecasting, and status reporting.

  • Experience integrating schedules across multiple projects, functional organizations, or geographically dispersed teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify schedule dependencies, constraints, risks, and potential impacts to project execution.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex schedule information into clear recommendations for program leadership and Government stakeholders.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, mission-focused environment.

  • Active Secret security clearance required prior to start.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Department of War, Federal Government, or other large, complex programs.

  • Experience supporting geographically dispersed, OCONUS, operationally focused organizations.

  • Experience scheduling logistics, facilities, deployment, sustainment, or contingency response activities.

  • Experience developing or maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Integrated Project Plans, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), resource-loaded schedules, or schedule risk analyses.

  • Experience integrating project schedules with workforce, resource, cost, or performance planning.

  • Familiarity with schedule quality and health assessment methodologies and industry scheduling best practices.

  • Experience working in Agile, hybrid, or PMBOK-aligned program/project management environments.

  • PMP, PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP), or equivalent project management/project controls certification.

  • Experience supporting contingency, surge, or rapidly changing operational requirements.
