Purpose & Impact:

The Integrated Marketing, Sr. Consultant – New Markets is a strategic marketing role responsible for understanding institutional and emerging market audiences and shaping how Athene builds awareness and demand for its New Markets product portfolio and priority business initiatives. You’ll translate business strategy, product value propositions, audience insights and sales opportunities into connected marketing strategies that deliver measurable business value.

You’ll bring together product insights, marketing expertise, analytics and cross-functional partners across Marketing, Strategy, Distribution, Product and Analytics. Key Deliverables:

• Drive integrated marketing strategy for New Markets. Establish priorities and roadmaps that connect business and sales objectives, distribution opportunities, audience needs and Athene’s broader brand and marketing strategy.
• Build audience and product expertise. Develop a deep understanding of institutional audiences, market trends and product solutions, translating insights into differentiated positioning, messaging and go-to-market recommendations.
• Create audience-led growth programs. Develop integrated, multichannel programs that expand reach, create demand, generate and nurture leads, and support progression through the sales funnel as New Markets opportunities mature.
• Orchestrate the marketing ecosystem. Mobilize partners across content, digital, web, email, marketing automation, paid media, search, social, video, webinars, print and sales enablement to create coordinated audience experiences and execute with speed and accountability.
• Turn insights into measurable action. Define success measures and apply analytics, experimentation, sales insights and market intelligence to optimize the marketing mix, improve ROI and recommend where Athene should scale, evolve or stop activity.
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement. Identify opportunities to reimagine marketing approaches and responsibly apply emerging technology and AI-enabled capabilities to audience insights, personalization, content development, experimentation and productivity while maintaining appropriate risk discipline.
• Develop product messaging and content support. Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive adoption and return on investment (ROI) for the product roadmap and support the efforts and priorities of individual sales teams across new markets.

 

What You Need to Bring:

• 6+ years of relevant experience spanning integrated marketing, growth marketing, financial services marketing, product marketing, institutional marketing or relevant experience, preferred.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing integrated, multichannel marketing strategies that generate measurable engagement, leads, conversion, sales, revenue or other business outcomes.
• Strong expertise in audience strategy, segmentation, product positioning, lifecycle marketing, demand and lead generation, nurture, channel orchestration and performance measurement; experience using analytics and AI-enabled capabilities to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Strategic and critical thinker with strong communication and influencing skills who can translate business strategy, sales priorities, market intelligence and analytics into clear recommendations while creating momentum in ambiguous or evolving environments.
• Financial services, investment solutions, annuity, retirement or institutional product experience strongly preferred; defined contribution and retirement planning experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent experience.
