Job Description:

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our growing EMEA Marketing team. The Marketing Manager will report to the Marketing Director EMEA and will be instrumental in executing the company’s marketing strategy. The position will require coordinating with the EMEA Marketing team and the Global Marketing team based in the Integral Ad Science HQ in New York.

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a fast-paced company in the ad tech industry. As we continue to grow the business, the person in this position will develop new marketing practices for France and ensure the sales team is set up for success. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a strong desire to learn within an international marketing team.

What You'll Do:

• Define, plan and execute the Marketing strategy (incl. budgeting).
• Localizing key activities in France from the global marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with the EMEA Marketing team, and cross-functional teams to execute marketing strategy and align with business goals for the regions.
• Organize and coordinate events, including hosting proprietary events, identifying key conferences and sponsorships, supporting the team on these events, attending to key industry events and leading engagements from planning to execution.
• Develop relationships and engagement with industry bodies and partners, attending committees, developing content and our presence at events.
• Co-partner with the Communication team to create and localize content, PR, and events, to best promote the company’s messaging.
• Development of corporate marketing efforts for the company including Lead Generation, Social Media and SEO.
• Reporting and proving ROI of marketing activities, providing recommendations for future activations and strategy.

What You'll Need:

• Minimum 3 years experience in marketing in digital advertising / ad-tech
• Degree in Marketing or business-related discipline.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent project management and event management skills.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools, Salesforce, budget management a plus.
• Knowledge of data and technology businesses within the advertising industry

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location, and any additional locations are listed below. Our pay ranges are based on the work location. As part of IAS compensation package, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, health insurance (medical, dental, vision) as well as PPO, HSA and FSA options and 401k with employer matching contributions. All full-time employee roles include competitive compensation and are eligible for an annual bonus and/or other incentive plans.
