The Integrated Brand Experience Manager is responsible for bringing Natrel brand strategies to life through the execution of integrated consumer marketing initiatives across owned, earned and paid touchpoints. Supporting the Senior Brand Manager, this role leads the development and execution of brand experiences that strengthen brand equity, drive consumer engagement and ensure consistent delivery of the brand strategy in market.

The role also serves as the brand owner for regional brands, responsible for brand positioning, annual brand plans, performance monitoring and activation programs aligned with portfolio objectives.

Your role in achieving results:

• Lead the execution of Natrel’s brand strategies and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Develop and roll out 360° initiatives across digital channels, social media, influencer marketing, and partnerships.
• Manage the brand’s digital ecosystem, including content, social media platforms, and website.
• Identify new opportunities to increase consumer engagement and strengthen brand visibility.
• Analyze campaign performance and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Insights, and Digital teams.
• Ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
• Manage relationships with agency partners, as well as marketing budgets and project timelines.

What we are looking for to deliver these results:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in brand, integrated, or consumer marketing
• Experience in CPG, food, or beverage industries is a strong asset
• Proven expertise in integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Experience managing agencies, external partners, and marketing budgets
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate brand strategy into execution
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools
• Assets
• Graduate degree in Marketing, Brand Management, or a related field
• Experience with regional, local, or emerging brands
• Experience developing brand strategies for consumer products
