The Conner Kline Farmers Insurance Agency is looking for a motivated Insurance Agent who enjoys working with people, is driven by goals, and wants an opportunity to grow.

Insurance experience isn't required. If you have a background in sales, customer service, retail, banking, hospitality, healthcare, or another customer-facing role, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

• Connect with new and existing customers through leads, referrals, phone calls, and follow-up

• Learn about customers' needs and recommend appropriate coverage

• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products

• Build long-term client relationships and identify additional coverage opportunities

• Manage your sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects

• Work toward individual and agency sales goals

• Participate in ongoing sales coaching and insurance training

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Comfortable talking with customers over the phone

• Motivated by goals, performance, and earning potential

• Persistent when faced with rejection or setbacks

• Coachable and open to feedback

• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated

• Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred

• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain one
