The Position

The Global Learning Services teams focus on executing system data maintenance and administrative activities in Cornerstone and all relevant Learning management systems as well as providing all necessary non-systems related Learning process support. Global Learning Services provides customer service and advisory support to the Learning Community and business partners on global Learning systems and processes and ensuring end-to-end process completion in line with customer focused principles to ensure the Roche People Practices work for the business.

The Opportunity

• Analyze global learning needs and drive end-to-end project execution, manage stakeholder relationships and timelines to design, develop, and implement high-quality eLearning solutions from scratch.
  
• Utilize advanced authoring tools and software (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite) to create and optimize multimedia learning experiences and explainer videos.
  
• Manage end-to-end e-content production and troubleshooting, identifying technical issues prior to escalation and ensuring SCORM/AICC compliance.
  
• Advise internal learning communities on global learning systems, modern instructional design methodologies (such as ADDIE), and e-content best practices.
  
• Provide high-quality customer service and instructional design advisory for learning activities, managing inquiries, requests, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
• Support project execution and quality control frameworks, ensuring predictable, on-time delivery of learning content projects.
  
• Collaborate with regional and global HR operations teams to foster consistent, customer-centric service delivery.
  

Who You Are

• You hold a Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of dedicated experience in Instructional Design and e-content authoring.
  
• You bring hands-on expertise with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Lectora) and media production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects).
  
• You possess strong functional knowledge of core instructional design concepts and standards (such as SCORM, AICC, ADDIE).
  
• You demonstrate outstanding creative storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and a customer-focused, problem-solving mindset.
  
• You thrive in fast-paced, multi-cultural environments, bringing strong project management capabilities and a continuous growth mindset.
