The Institutional Onboarding Consultant possesses overall technology leadership and accountability for an assigned group of TIAA's Institutional Retirement Clients as a stakeholder within the integrated client support team.  As part of the team, the Recordkeeping and Outsourced Services Delivery Consultant serves as the single point of contact for Institutional Retirement Relationship Managers, Operations teams and other internal stakeholders for a group of high profile clients utilizing SRK (Sole Record Keeper)/MVC (multi-Vendor)/MVAS/Outsourced Services (OSS) services.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Using retirement industry experience to provide ongoing plan administration and recordkeeping platform support and expertise to retirement clients and internal stakeholders.
• Have an advanced level of knowledge of all retirement services, platforms and products offered by TIAA.
• Provide client specific subject matter expertise and appropriate ownership of retirement plan change / onboarding activities (MVAS/STAC)
• Understand new (products/services/systems) features being implemented and be able to highlight specific impacts to their book of clients.
• Provide potential solutions to client’s systems and products needs/requests.
• Respond to various technical ad hoc inquiries from internal stakeholders such as CSMs (Client Service Managers) and Relationship Managers
• Document SOPs, track INCs (System Incidents), review and trend all critical issues to identify proactive controls

Anticipated Posting End Date:

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
