Experience in sales in a "B2B" environment.
A personable individual with customer satisfaction at the heart of their decisions.
Reliable, resourceful, and dedicated.
Ability to bounce back easily and find solutions.
Challenges awaiting you:
Manage and prioritize customer requests from various sources (email, phone, and web sales).
Respond to customer needs and find suitable solutions on a case-by-case basis. Follow up as necessary and quickly inform key stakeholders of customer feedback (pricing, products, service...).
Maximize sales with customers; propose alternative and complementary products.
Work closely with external sales staff.
Keep your knowledge and skills up to date on offered products and systems used.
May be called upon to negotiate prices and special terms with customers according to established criteria.
