<職務概要>
専門分野における高度な知識を要するプロジェクトを含め、工場内の空調、温度、監視設備、電気系のエンジニアリングプロジェクトや調査を企画・実施・指揮する。
<主な職務内容>
・建物の使用、電機機械・空調設備の予防保全を確実に行い、工場内の最適な作業環境を維持、向上させる。プロジェクトの優先事項とスケジュールを作成・推進しつつ、コストや経費を管理し、予算に沿った運営を行う。
・定められた形式で最終手順を作成して文書管理を行い、履歴保存のためにファイルや記録を入念に確認する。
・予算作成の目的で、機器、設置、労務、資材、準備その他関連経費を含む設計費の随時見積を提出する。
・独自の運用要件および建築・安全基準を満たすために必要な施設・機器の基準と性能仕様を提示する。
・事故調査を実施し、その結果を文書化する。
<その他職務>
＜GMP関連業務＞
・ 環境バリデーションの計画および実施 - 逸脱管理および変更管理を含むGMP関連業務 - 測定器のキャリブレーション
・上記に関して、他部門（特に品質部門および生産部門）との交渉・調整
＜安全関連業務＞
・安全関連手順の運用 - 新規設備導入時の安全機能の確認
・ EHS委員会への参加および年間計画の策定・実施 - 協力会社（請負業者）への安全指導
◆必須要件
・機械工学、電気工学、建築学の高専以上の学歴
・製造業の工場、建設プラント業界などにおける、類似業務経験4-6年
◆あれば尚可
・PCスキル（Word、 Excel、 Power Point、email)
・英語力があれば尚可（英語のメールが海外から来るため、アレルギーなく、翻訳ソフトなどを駆使して理解する意欲と能力があること）
