THE WORK:
You'll prepare comprehensive scopes and RFPs
You'll have strong knowledge of manufacturing lines including electrical & mechanical systems
You'll create and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, RFI's, Change Orders, etc.
You'll motivate, develop and maintain subcontractor interest in the project(s)
You'll administer the Construction Contract from inception through construction to project closeout
You'll prepare and manage project budgets
You'll manage and administrate payment application documents
You'll interface with local building department to obtain necessary permits, and coordinate project close-out with building and engineering officials
You'll manage construction scheduling and sequencing, anticipate long lead items, and recognize critical paths
You'll advise the client regarding the Construction Contract and all related matters of the Project
You'll verify and validate the General Contractor receipt of OFCI equipment
You'll monitor and enforce the health and safety requirements onsite
You'll schedule and conduct Owner, Architect, and CM meetings, prepare and distribute minutes of these meetings
You'll hold weekly production and/or safety meetings
You'll review Jobsite progress with an eye toward quality, conformance to drawings and specifications, etc.
You'll report to senior leadership on all cost schedule risk and quality issues
You'll perform additional duties as assigned
Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or a related field is a plus
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Construction Project Management.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Direct data center development experienceExperience working in hyper-scale data centers is a plus
Thorough and complete knowledge of the construction process and management techniques, methods, and materials. Outstanding negotiating skills
Team player with the ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing
Must be proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Outlook Organized and detail oriented
