Obiettivi principali
Attuare interventi infermieristici specifici, autonomi e complementari di natura tecnica, relazionale ed educativi in linea con le
attività previste dal PAI;
* Garantire le attività assistenziali orientate alle esigenze dei pazienti considerando età, genere, condizioni di salute, fragilità
fisiche/psichiche e tenendo conto delle specificità religiose etniche e linguistiche;
* Garantire l'educazione terapeutiva all'Assistito e al care giver;
* Agire secondo le Linee Guide Internazionale e le Procedure definite da Medicasa;
* Garantire il corretto utilizzo dei materiali e dispositivi messi a disposizione da Medicasa e corretto stoccaggio a casa dell'assistito
* Garantire l'identificazione e la pianificazione degli obiettivi assistenziali e verifica il monitoraggio degli outcome clinici;
* Garantire la corretta tenuta della documentazione sanitaria ed amministrativa utilizzando la Cartella Clinica informatizzata
